Viewdeck considers that Change Management is the glue that holds together every strand of Cloud Service Delivery. From Government imperatives to deliver new and better citizen services; through consequent changes to customer facing and supporting delivery processes; through modernised cloud platform and infrastructure services; and through the changing paradigm of the supplier market place, without effective management of change initiatives will at best overrun their timelines and budgets, and at worse fail to deliver any benefits at all , or even disrupt previously reliable services.

Viewdeck therefore supplies only senior and experienced Management of Change practitioners who have been through complete life-cycles of ICT programme delivery in a broad range of organisations, including some of the most significant recent HMG outsource and in-source programmes.

Viewdeck’s approach is to work with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. We support and mentor seniors to be able to lead change within their organisations. We bring knowledge and deep experience of digital strategy and architectures, PPP (portfolio, programme and project management) and ITILv3 to help design enterprise and team level change. We have HR specialists to support the personnel implications of change (e.g. Organisational Design, TUPE). And we support individual change, through training programmes specific to the change, skills audit and acquisition strategies, and mentoring workshops and one to one sessions to help staff maximise the growth potential in the opportunities presented by change.
