Gary is Viewdeck’s Technical Director with a wealth of experience in ICT Procurement and Outsourcing.  Gary is a seasoned Enterprise and Solution Architect and Technical Assurance Lead with SC Enhanced Clearance.

Gary graduated with honours from the University of York with a Master of Engineering degree in Computer Systems and Software Engineering.  Gary is a member of the Institute of Directors and a Fellow of the British Computer Society.

Gary leads the design and development of the company’s growing range of secure, cloud-based applications and has experience of working with major government departments and agencies throughout the United Kingdom.

Glenn Hardy

Strategic Sales & Partnerships, Director

Glenn is responsible for Strategic Sales and Partner development across the Viewdeck organisation.

He has extensive experience in sales and marketing across a number of critical industry lines including business intelligence, data warehousing, human resources, environment, health, safety and Compliance and business process management software. Glenn’s career in sales and marketing has involved working with public and private sector organisations across the globe including North America, Asia and Africa.

Glenn has also worked in international business development as Vice President Europe with Pacific Enterprise Capital and as co-founder and head of sales for Simentra Ltd., a UK-based market acceleration company.

With his depth of experience Glenn is ideally placed to spearhead this exciting phase of growth.

David Sellars

David Sellars

Programme, Procurement & Stakeholder Lead, Director

David is Viewdeck’s Delivery Director with a wealth of experience in ICT Programme delivery. David is an experienced Programme Director with a combination of Commercial, Financial, Technical and Business context skills. David holds SC Enhanced Clearance.

David graduated with honours from University College Cardiff with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.  David is a Member of the Institute of Project Management and the Institute of Mechanical Engineers.

As Delivery Director, David is responsible for the company’s delivery programmes and has extensive experience of working with major government departments and agencies throughout the United Kingdom.

Rhodri Stone

Rhodri Stone

Chief Security Officer & Delivery Lead, Director

Rhodri is a programme manager with significant experience delivering large programmes and projects both in Government and also the private sector.  In this capacity he has represented a number of large IT Services organisations through extremely difficult programmes to deliver successful outcomes.

He has worked across a number sectors including health, education, emergency services, transport, manufacturing and security services undertaking infrastructure, application and large system integration, including digital cloud hosted systems, often coupled with effecting business change.  He has managed programmes using a variety of methodologies including Agile delivery.

Rhodri has an honours degree in Microelectronics and Computing plus a PhD in Robotics. He is qualified practitioner in MSP, Prince2 plus a Certified SCRUM Master.

Will Jenkin

Programme Lead

Will is a highly-experienced IT Programme Leader with a successful background in delivering strategy and complex consulting across government and corporate sectors. He is commercially-aware with an extensive range of IT programme and Business Transformation delivery experience.

He adopts a collaborative and consultative approach to successful programme management, engaging with business stakeholders at COO, CIO & CxO level and 3rd parties, delivering ‘fit for purpose’ IT solutions and business processes. He thrives on being a critical friend and mentor to challenge the norm and can demonstrate experience of driving IT-enabled change management and directing multiple workstreams to deliver business transformation, service transition, technology renewal, supplier transition and system service integration.

Recent work has included implementing new technology for two corporations to transition away from the Ministry of Justice’s legacy Offender Management system within their Transforming Rehabilitation programme, managing and updating Border Control systems in the UK, managing interface changes with Interpol’s MIND system, identify data management at HMRC and secure technology renewal at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.

As an MSP, PRINCE2 & Agile Practitioner, Will applies best practice frameworks and tools into IT delivery and Service Management.

Solution and Enterprise Architect

Ceri is a DV Cleared, vastly experienced Enterprise Architect, Business Architect and Governance and Realisation specialist with a proven track record over almost thirty years in both the public and private sectors covering systems integration, outsourcing and consulting.

Working at Enterprise, Programme and Project levels, Ceri’s skills have evolved through a wide variety of organisations, projects and technologies ranging from systems integration projects through to Enterprise Architecture and delivery management. Typically focused on business improvement, convergence and end-to-end integration of business-critical, high volume, transactional and decision-support environments, Ceri develops and governs implementation of Solution and Enterprise Architectures.   At all times he balances the competing needs of incremental and step-change improvements to business capability and the IT estate, delivered by internal and outsourced organisations.

Ceri holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from York University.

Steve Winter

Steve is an Agile and ITIL experienced, delivery focused CTO / Chief Architect / IT Director and leader with a successful background in B2B, B2C, Digital, Cloud, managed services, outsourcing, technology, government and global corporate sectors.  He is commercially aware, with broad P&L experience having worked for world-class organisations including Logica, HP, EDS and SCC.

Steve encourages a strategic approach to successful IT leadership, engaging with business stakeholders to deliver ‘cost appropriate’ transformational IT solutions and business process change.  He also has a deep experience of delivering change, complex high-value procurements, business transformation, IT service transition, IT strategies, enterprise and solution architecture, technology roadmaps, complex business solutions, 3rd parties and vendors, joint ventures, solutions design & client-facing managed service delivery, providing added business value & ROI through use of new technology.

Steve’s public sector experience includes DWP, NHS and HMRC amongst others.

Paul Hayes

Paul Hayes

Managed Service and Government Framework Procurement

Paul has extensive experience of information services management and consultancy covering ICT managed services procurement, transition planning/implementation, programme and project management together with commercial management for Central Government.

Paul’s key skills are in major Central Government ICT managed services procurements, OJEU procedures and more recently G-Cloud and other Government CCS frameworks.  His expertise covers full procurement lifecycle from development of service requirements and contract schedules.  Paul has also been heavily involved in bidder negotiation and assessment and has led multi-phased and multi-supplier transition programmes.

Paul has experience of both the public and private sectors including Home Office, DWP, MOJ and Railtrack.

Keith Robson

Keith Robson

Commercial and Information Security Advisor

Keith is a senior PPM Practitioner and Commercial Advisor with broad experience as a senior public sector ICT manager covering all aspects of ICT capability, service provision, commercial provisioning, and programme delivery within the central government, local government and policing sectors.  Keith has Contract and Commercial expertise gained through the delivery of numerous multi £M ICT procurements and through supporting Commercial Directorates as a senior advisor.

He has a track record of taking strategic business requirements from initial concept through to successful delivery, as well as analysing and turning round business problems. He has also led outsourcing negotiations across multiple incumbents and bidding suppliers. Keith is a highly experienced high risk Gateway reviewer.

Amongst many public sector appointments Keith was previously the Director of ICT at the Serious Fraud Office, a Senior Security Policy Advisor at the Cabinet Office, CISO and Programme Manager at SOCA (now National Crime Agency) and an Information Security Advisor at the FCO.
